What Is FiveM?
FiveM is a powerful modification framework for Grand Theft Auto V that allows dedicated custom servers, enhanced graphics, custom scripts, and completely overhauled gameplay — separate from GTA Online. It is the gold standard for serious roleplay, offering full control over vehicles, maps, mechanics, and systems.
At SPRC, we use FiveM to build our own Scottish-inspired emergency services world — complete with custom fleets, authentic livery, procedural tools, and roleplay systems you won't find anywhere else.

Our custom-built MDT/CAD system mirrors real-world police despatch technology. Receive calls, log incidents, check registrations, issue tickets, record arrests, and file reports — all from your in-vehicle terminal. Every call is tracked, every unit is visible, every incident is documented.
Authentic Vehicles & Gear
Police Scotland: Skoda Octavia/VRS, BMW 3 Series, Volvo XC90 ARV, Land Rover Discovery, motorcycles, dog support units, and Armed Response Vehicles — all with correct Scottish livery, battenburg markings, and emergency lighting patterns.
Fire & Rescue: Pump Rescue Appliances, Aerial Rescue Platforms, Heavy Rescue Tenders, and Special Units — authentic Scottish Fire & Rescue Service red-and-yellow livery.
Ambulance: Patient Transport, Emergency Response Units, and Rapid Response Cars — complete with correct Battenburg, green-and-yellow livery, and high-visibility markings.
How The Technology Works
Every patrol begins in Discord — where Control Room staff brief units, allocate calls, and monitor availability. Once on the server, our custom MDT/CAD system connects directly to despatch:
- Control receives call → logs details → assigns to available units
- Units acknowledge → respond → update status en route
- On arrival: secure scene → assess → request backup if needed
- Handle incident → log all actions → file full report → clear
- All data stored for accountability, review, and investigation
It is a fully integrated professional workflow — designed to teach real-world procedures while delivering immersive roleplay.

Police Scotland
On 1 April 2013, eight regional police forces — including the legendary Strathclyde Police — merged to create Police Scotland: the national police service of Scotland. SPRC honours that heritage — we operate under Police Scotland standards while proudly preserving the traditions, geographic divisions, and operational spirit of Strathclyde.

Scottish Fire & Rescue Service
The Scottish Fire & Rescue Service is the national fire and rescue service for Scotland — formed in 2013 alongside Police Scotland. SPRC Fire & Rescue personnel operate under authentic SFRS standards, rank structures, and operational doctrine.
What We Roleplay:
- Structure fires, road traffic collisions, and specialist rescues
- Extrication, hydraulic tools, safe working at height
- Hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and decontamination procedures
- Water rescue, wildfire response, and high-rise operations

Scottish Ambulance Service
The Scottish Ambulance Service provides pre-hospital emergency care across the entire country — from cities to remote islands. SPRC Ambulance personnel follow real-world triage, treatment, and patient care protocols adapted for roleplay.
What We Roleplay:
- Primary triage — identifying life-threatening conditions first
- Patient assessment, vital signs, and treatment priorities
- Consent, capacity, and safeguarding vulnerable persons
- Casualty handling, immobilisation, and safe transport
- Major Incident Medical Management — Sieve and Sort triage
- Handover procedures — communicating clearly to receiving hospital
999 Control Room — The Heartbeat
Every emergency begins with a call. SPRC's Control Room division operates like a real Scottish Command & Control Centre: answering 999 calls, gathering critical information, prioritising incidents, despatching the right resources, and maintaining radio discipline.
- Call Handling: Who, what, where, weapons, hazards — before despatch
- Prioritisation: Immediate, Prompt, Scheduled — correctly graded
- Resource Allocation: Police, Fire, Ambulance — single or multi-agency
- Radio Logging: Every status change, every arrival, every clearance — recorded
- Major Incidents: Activate multi-agency Gold Command — coordinate everything
The Command Structure — Bronze, Silver, Gold
Scotland's emergency services use a proven command system for every incident. SPRC teaches and enforces this — so you learn a system used in the real world:
- Bronze Command (On-Scene): Tactical control. Managing the ground. Making it happen.
- Silver Command (Local): Operational control. Resources, coordination, plans.
- Gold Command (Strategic): Strategic oversight. Policy, media, major decisions.
- Joint Command: Police, Fire, Ambulance — each with their own commanders, working together

General Policing

Armed Response
High-risk incidents, firearms support, and specialist deployments. Requires vetting, psychological assessment, and certification. Highest discipline and judgement standards.
Public Order
Containment, crowd management, tactical formations, and major event support. Discipline, coordination, and strict command adherence are critical.
CID — Investigations
Major crime, intelligence gathering, evidence management, interviews under caution, and long-term casework. Requires patience, attention to detail, and procedural accuracy.
Specialist Support
Dog Section, Marine Support, Air Support, and Operational Command. Progress through training and service — these roles are earned through dedication and reliability.
Regional Dive & Underwater Unit
Specialist underwater search, recovery, evidence location, and water-based operational support for incidents requiring trained police divers.
Air Support Unit
Provides aerial observation and operational support for searches, pursuits, missing-person incidents, major events, and coordinated policing operations.
National Motorcycle Unit
Specialist motorcycle policing supporting roads operations, traffic enforcement, escorts, rapid response, and proactive patrol activity across the road network.
Regional Collision Investigation Unit
Specialist investigation of serious and complex road traffic collisions, including scene examination, evidence gathering, reconstruction, and collision reporting.
