Controller Quick Guide
1. Receive CallCreate the incident, select the correct service and grading, then record location, caller and risks.
2. DeployUse Available & Deployed Units. Green units are available. Attach the required callsign to the active CAD.
3. Update StatusState 2 = On Patrol / Available. State 6 = At Scene. State 11 = Off Duty. Other service-specific states remain available in the unit dropdown.
4. Record UpdatesOpen the CAD and use CAD Logs for incident-specific updates. Use CAD Event Log for control-room-wide events.
5. Specialist RecordsUse Custody for custody booking, Medical for patient records, and Fire Reports for operational fire reports.
6. Close / HandoverDetach units, record the outcome, close the CAD, and use Control Handover for outstanding work at shift change.
